Alok Kapali (Bengali: অলোক কাপালী) (Birthday 1 January 1984) is a Bangladeshi cricketer. He was a Right Handed Batsman & Leg Break Bowler. Alok Kapali is the most youthful of six siblings and four sisters in his family. His dad worked at a Hindu temple in the place where he grew up, Sylhet.
Alok Kapali Test Career:– Alok Kapali took 2 wickets in his Test debut in 2002, against Sri Lanka at Colombo. In his next 16 Tests, he took just 4 more wickets against Pakistan in 2003. Kapali has battled up to this point in Test cricket and made his highest score of 85 against the West Indies at Chittagong.
Alok Kapali ICL Career:– Alok scored the principal century in the two periods of ICL, 100 of every 60 balls, against Hyderabad Heroes. He completed as the second highest scorer of the league stage with 324 keeps running in 8 matches at a normal of 54. He announced that he has quit the ICL in June 2009 and made himself available for selection again.
Alok Kapali ODI Career:– Kapali played some ODI cricket before being left out. His last ODI was against Pakistan in December 2011.
